      Short question:Are parents of employees permitted / able to check the standby situation at the airport gate / check in desk?Thanks in advance.

      They should use the VRU, TravelNet or the GIDS screens to check the situation. It is best to limit interaction with the airport agents to check-in only, if necessary.
