      When accessing TravelNet I find that the first page when looking at the flights will state Available (AV) as lets say 5 and when you go the the last page it says that there are 13 seats remaining…which number do you use? -JB (2005/07/29 08:35)

      Could you be looking at the “Actual Availability” in the first screen and on “Authorized Available” on the second? Authorized is what is available for sale with includes overbooking seat. So 5 are actual free seats unsold, but they are still authorized to sell 13 (which would mean that they will overbook by 8 seats (13-5=8). Find a flight that is doing this and post here and I will look at what you are talking about. (skicat 2005/08/05 05:14)
