hi there-i'm looking to travel from JFK to LHR on 11/29, and returning on 12/3. do you know if there is a blackout for travel in December & January? i remember my mother-in-law (retired flight attendant) mentioning that at some point... and i don't want to bother asking her for buddy passes if i wouldn't be able to travel on those dates anyway.thanks in advance, for any blackout info that you can provide...cheers,nicole

DeltaNet shows Blackout dates in November as 21-22(TGday)-23-24-25That is the Wednesday before Thanksgiving til the Sunday after.So you should be good to go although there maybe some lingering traffic fromthe TG holiday if weather or something else happens.Kind of a general rule 'Start Early' in the day don't wait til the end when all thedelays and the usual sort of snafus pester the last flight of the day.Also have a Plan 'B' - thinking of an alternate East Coast city for going & the return.Good Luck !rma
