How do I pay for discounted norev flight?

I called and listed for a flight last week ont the automated line. I received a confirmation number then was asked if I wanted to pay, and I said yes. I was on hold then was tranferred back to the beginning of the automated line, where I was asked to list again.TravelNet is worthless, and I have searched all over just to find a telephone number to call someone to help me. I finally resorted to the calling the main Delta line, which automatically disconnects the call.I don't know how much I have to pay or how to pay it. Advice?
