      What is going on in Atlanta? We have more bags mishandled if our pax are routed through there. I have a minimum of 3 per flight coming in through ATL. It's no fun to get reamed by a disgruntled passenger.

      I have had decent luck. Phoenix is where you have to wait ages to get bags.
