The last name on my buddy pass is wrong. The Delta employee in error used my husbands first name as my last name. My husband's ticket is fine. The employee is not sure how to fix it. So has decided to wait until he returns to work. Any suggestions. We are first time buddy pass users and the employee never uses the passes. Please help!
The TSA will have a fit and conniptions if everything is not perfect and matching the drivers license or Passport.So this has to be fixed definitely before travel and non revenue listing.I have not encountered this situation but presume a simple reissue with the correct name should suffice.That failing refund the pass with the problem and issue a new one.Allow some time for the reissue/correction to take place - don't wait to the last moment and find out that it takes more time - URGENT !
